Big-Batch Creamy Cocoa (serves ~10)
Simmer 6 cups of whole milk and 2 cups of half-and-half. Whisk in 1 cup of sugar, ¾ cup of Dutch cocoa, a pinch of salt, and 2 teaspoons of vanilla. Keep on low; ladle into Owala for adults, FUNTAINER for kids.
