Recipe: Classic Cut-Out Sugar Cookies (holds shape)
- 2¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp fine salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 egg + 1 tsp vanilla
